In an interview prior to the launch of the Azerbaijani military attack against Nagorno-Karabakh, RSC Director Richard Giragosian assessed Armenia’s relations with Russia, Iran, the Middle East, Turkey, and the wider Arab world for the Vienna-based MENA Research Center.  The interview, which was published on 21 September, was entitled, “Betrayed by Russia, Armenia is looking for a way out of a strategic impasse.”
