The RSC held its July monthly briefing on 8 July, which was also followed by two alternative online sessions, held on 10 and 14 July.

The briefing featured an assessment of recent developments in Armenian foreign policy, with a specific analysis of the outlook for Armenia-Türkiye “normalization” in the wake of the historic Pashinyan-Erdogan meeting, the state of Armenia-Azerbaijan post-war diplomacy, and a review of the Armenian strategy of “diversification” and related foreign policy issues, including the recent visit to China by Foreign Minister Mirzoyan and the Armenia visit of High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission (HRVP), Kaja Kallas.

Additional topics included domestic politics, with an analysis of the ongoing Church and state conflict, and the parliamentary elections set for June 2026, as well as trends in trade and economics in Armenia.
