With the humanitarian crisis resulting from the Azerbaijani-imposed blockade of Nagorno-Karabakh worsening, scrutiny by the international community has been increasing, with the publication of a recent RSC assessment of the situation reprinted in the Albanian media on 21 August, with the assistance of Armenian Ambassador Tigran Mkrtchyan.
