The prominent French newspaper “Le Monde” cited RSC Director Richard Giragosian in their article, “La capitulation du Haut-Karabakh après le coup de force de l’Azerbaïdjan, un tournant historique” (“The capitulation of Nagorno-Karabakh after the coup by Azerbaijan, a historic turning point”) published on 21 September.

In an article for the “New York Sun” newspaper published on 21 September entitled, “Weakened by Ukraine, Russia’s Power Ebbs in Caucasus as Armenian Christians Are Routed in a Blitz by Azerbaijani Muslims, James Brooke reports on the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh, citing RSC Director Richard Giragosian.

In the third of three news interviews on 20 September with Germany’s Deutsche Welle, RSC Director Giragosian adds analysis on Russia’s role in Azerbaijan’s attack on Karabakh.
