In the latest in our series of RSC Staff Papers, entitled, “Showdown in the Baltics? A Red Line for Russia-NATO Relations,” RSC Fellow Kathleen C. Weinberger assesses the Russian threat to the security of the three Baltic States: Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia, with an added analysis of the implications for NATO, the EU and Russia in the event of a possible escalation of conflict.
Weinberger is a graduate of University of Oxford’s St Antony’s College, where she earned her Master’s (MSc) degree in Russian and Eastern European Studies, as well as the University of St. Andrews, Scotland and the London School of Economics and Political Science. During her stay in Armenia, she also worked in the Communications Department of UNICEF Armenia.
As an independent think tank, the Regional Studies Center (RSC) is actively engaged in the public policy process in Armenia and regularly assesses critical issues facing Armenia and the wider region.
