The briefing was attended by a number of representatives from the diplomatic community and international organizations in Armenia, including Ambassador Andrey Sorokin, the head of the OSCE Office in Armenia, and officials from the Embassies of Estonia, France, Poland, Romania and the European Union Delegation to Armenia, as well as several leading civil society figures.

As an independent “think tank,” the Regional Studies Center (RSC) offers this series of special briefings in order to serve as more of a resource for the diplomatic community and international organizations in Armenia by providing objective analysis and information on a wide range of critical issues and developments.
