RSC PRESENTATION ON IMPACT OF WAR IN UKRAINE AT EUROPEAN COUNCIL ON FOREIGN RELATIONS (ECFR)

In an event at the London office of the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR), RSC Director Richard Giragosian offered a presentation on the implications from the war in Ukraine on Armenia. Moderated by Andrew Wilson, a Senior Policy Fellow at the ECFR, Giragosian was joined by Avaz Hasanov, the Director of the Society for Humanitarian Research in Baku and the editor of their magazine “Human Rights in Azerbaijan,” who offered an assessment of the impact on Azerbaijan.

The public event was attended by several London-based diplomats, including representatives from the European Union External Action Service and the UK Foreign Office, as well as from the Embassies of Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Russia, Turkey and Ukraine.
